Product sales
Our ecommerce website and physical winery sell wine and other related products.
The products available on our website are the same as those available in our physical winery.

Prices and taxes
The prices of the products are in euros and are those in force at the time of the order.
The prices include VAT but do not include any local taxes or shipping fees.

Product availability
All the products on our website and in our physical winery are available for purchase, subject to stock availability.
In case a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternatives, if possible.

Payments
We accept payments through PayPal, a secure and reliable platform for online payments, and in cash or by credit card at our physical winery.
Your credit card details will not be shared with us. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and PayPal’s security policies.

Shipping
Shipments are made within 2 working days from the order. Delivery is made by express courier, and delivery times depend on the destination. If not expressly requested, we avoid shipping on Thursdays and Fridays to prevent the product from staying in the courier’s warehouses. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of order and vary based on the quantity of items purchased or the total amount of the order:

• 35 euros for orders containing up to 11 items
• Free for orders containing 12 or more items

For pick-up at our physical winery, there are no shipping costs.

Returns and right of withdrawal
We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. In case you are not satisfied with the product received, you can exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting us within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. The only condition we require is that the goods have not been opened or damaged.
