Description
This wine was born from the desire to give the famous Picolit a more modern interpretation but at the same time more relevant to its true character: not a bad note and not even a sensation that prevails over the others. The term that best describes the Picolit is: a symphony. This Picolit comes from a double vinification: on the one hand the grapes harvested at full maturity and vinified in a classic way, on the other the dried grapes that undergo a short maceration of the skins. The result is a sweet-non-sweet Picolit, of noble, aristocratic race, very long in the sensations that change continuously. Thanks to its special character it wants to be a companion throughout the meal and is able to support different combinations, from cheese appetizers, spicy pasta dishes, up to the classic pairing with pastry.
